PRIVACY NOTICE ON COOKIES

Dear Visitor,

This text has been prepared by İSOS Enerji in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

İSOS Enerji places the privacy and security of visitor information first, and undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information it obtains about its visitors with respect for personal rights and within the framework of this “Privacy Notice on Cookies”.

1. What Is a Cookie?

As İSOS Enerji, we use cookies and certain other similar technologies (together referred to as “Cookie/Cookies”) so that you can benefit from our website and so that our website can function.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your computer or on your other electronic devices, normally used to collect statistical information and to analyse usage trends or access to an internet address. Put another way, cookies are small rich-text files that allow certain information about users to be stored on their terminal devices when an internet page is visited.

Cookies cannot be used to run programs or to deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are used to collect information such as IP addresses, operating system type, browser type, browser language, data relating to the history of queries and the clicks users make on them.

2. Cookie Types and Purposes of Use

2.1. Session cookies: A session cookie, also called a temporary cookie, is used to maintain the continuity of a session. Session cookies are temporary cookies that are used while visitors are on the website and that expire once the browser is closed. The main purpose of using this type of cookie is to make sure the website works properly for the duration of your visit.

2.2. Persistent cookies: Persistent cookies are the type of cookie used to increase the functionality of the website and to offer a faster and better service. This type of cookie is used to remember visitors' preferences and, being stored on visitors' devices by their browsers, remains in place until a certain date or until it is deleted by the user.

2.3. Strictly necessary cookies (mandatory cookies): These are the cookies required for our website to work properly and for you to be able to use its features and the services offered. These cookies are used for purposes such as security and authentication; they are not used for any marketing purpose and do not identify you. They are used as a matter of necessity in order to deliver an information society service you have requested (such as logging in, filling in a form or remembering privacy preferences). Disabling these cookies may render all or part of the services and features unusable.

2.4. First-party cookies: These are placed on visitors' devices directly by the website being visited. First-party cookies are set by the website you are browsing and can be read only by that site.

2.5. Third-party cookies: Third-party cookies are set by other organisations used for different services.

3. Which Cookies Do We Use, and For How Long Do We Store Them?

Our website does not place mandatory or functional cookies of its own; there is no log-in or membership system. The cookies used on our site consist of the measurement and embedded-content (map, video) cookies listed below:

YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (youtube.com)

Placed by YouTube (Google LLC) when the videos on our site are played; used to run the video player and for viewing statistics. These cookies are not placed unless a video is played.

YSC is stored for the duration of the session and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE for approximately 6 months.

4. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Within the scope of the purposes set out above, your personal data may be shared with related third-party institutions and organisations such as our business partners, our performance assistants, suppliers and authorised public institutions and organisations, on the basis of your explicit consent or in the other cases regulated in Article 5/2 of the Law, and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law

5. International Transfer of Your Personal Data

Where privacy and data protection laws are not sufficiently protective in your jurisdiction, your personal data may be shared with and/or transferred to our service providers. This applies only to cases in which it is necessary in order to provide the Services to you. In order to regulate such data transfers and to guarantee that adequate security measures are taken to protect and maintain data integrity in the event of a transfer, there are specific obligations set out under Chapter V of the GDPR (with which we will comply).

6. Change of Purpose

Your personal data will be used only for the purposes for which we collected it. However, if it becomes necessary to use it for another purpose and that purpose is compatible with the original one, we may also use your personal data for those new purposes. Should you wish to request an explanation of how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purposes, please contact us at info@isosenerji.com. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will inform you and explain the legal basis that allows us to do so. We would like to state that, in the cases required and permitted under the legislation, we may process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice without your knowledge and consent.

You may send us your requests and complaints regarding your personal data, together with information establishing your identity, at info@isosenerji.com, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 of 10.03.2018, which governs the application procedure.

You may also send your written applications to Halkapınar Mah. Pakistan Blv. 1203 Sk. Onuk Plaza No:13/S Konak/İZMİR. As a personal data subject, if you submit your requests concerning your rights to İSOS Enerji by the methods set out above in this Privacy Notice, İSOS Enerji will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, that fee will be charged.

This Privacy Notice was updated on 20 August 2026. In the event of a change, the effective date and the content will be updated.
